Process
Four steps, no surprises
The same sequence on every project, whether it is nine parts or nine hundred.
01
Brief & Files
Send drawings in DXF, DWG, AI or STEP with material, thickness and your fixed date. We review geometry for machinability and flag anything that needs resolving before cutting.
02
Quote & Deposit
A written quote within 24 hours, itemised by material and machine time. Production is scheduled on receipt of deposit — standard commercial practice that secures your slot in the programme and locks the delivery date.
03
Precision Cut
Nested, machined and checked against the drawing on a 3050 × 2130 mm bed, held to ±0.1 mm on profile. Finishing and dry assembly happen before anything leaves the floor.
04
Delivered On Time
Labelled and sequenced for your build order, delivered across London and Essex or shipped nationwide. One point of contact from enquiry to delivery.
On deposits
A deposit is how machine time is reserved. It is standard across professional fabrication and it is what allows us to commit to your date rather than quote around it. Balance is due on completion, before despatch. Terms are stated on every quote.
